Looking back on 2019: A Shout Out To Cancer Charities

As the year closes we wanted to give a shout out to some of the charities that we supported in 2019. We hope to continue our partnerships in the years to come.

Cherry Lodge Cancer Centre

Cherry Lodge Cancer Care is a charity committed to improving the quality of life for those living with cancer, their carers and families.

Their Information and Support Centre is based in the heart of Barnet, and we cover much of North London and South Hertfordshire.

Chai Cancer Care

Chai Cancer Care is the Jewish Community's Cancer Support Organisation, providing services for patients, their families and friends affected by a cancer diagnosis. 

Something To Look Forward To

Something To Look Forward To promotes the well-being, relieves the stress and aids the recuperation of those who are experiencing the effects of cancer and its treatment, together with their families. In particular by the provision of positive individual and/or family experiences.

Ellie's Friends

Ellie’s Friends is a service run by Maggie's centres. They are dedicated to improving the lives people with cancer, all around the UK. They provide frequent gifts from caring businesses and individuals, to offset some of the financial and psychological impact of a cancer diagnosis.

Sussex Cancer Fund

The Sussex Cancer Fund was established in 1981 to work with the NHS to create new and improved facilities providing the best possible cancer care for Sussex. Since then, £3 million has been raised to make the Sussex Cancer Centre more attractive, comfortable and effective.

Can Survive

CanSurvive is a pro-active social/activity group open to males/females affected by cancer. 'Can Survive' is a next step in ‘moving forward’.
