“How can I help?” Is a common question asked when someone is dealing with serious illness, such as cancer.
Knowing the best time to call when a friend or family member is in treatment, keeping updated on their progress or just knowing what to say can be difficult.
No More Grapes is a free to use website to help people who are seriously ill, in care or recovery get the help and support they need from the friends and family they would like to have around.
Our mission is to improve the lives of those with illness by making it easier for friends and family to connect and provide practical and meaningful support.
Inspired by Nicky Read, who fought cancer for 7 years, the blueprint for No More Grapes is based on the way Nicky and her friends communicated, and the practical and positive approach they took to support her, during a sometimes chaotic and overwhelming experience.
No More Grapes works like other social networks, enabling people to connect with those closest to them, by sharing messages, photos and videos. However, unlike other social networks data will be kept private, secure, and will not be sold to third parties. The platform is also an advertisement free environment.
