Cancer Care Parcel was created to bring back a bit of calm into the lives of all people affected by cancer and its treatment (including friends, family and carers).  We provide appropriate gifts for people affected by cancer, donate to cancer charities and help with cancer charities awareness campaigns.  We also write & source articles from the cancer community to benefit people affected by cancer.

Q Who decides what goes in a gift hamper?

All our gifts are thoughtfully put together.

We liaise with

our advisory board, which consists of cancer patients and survivors.
our partners who donate items, to ensure that their products are suitable for us.
We also ask those receiving our parcels for their feedback and suggestions.

The final composition of each box is the decision of the Cancer Care Parcel team, chaired by the founder Dr Shara Cohen, a cancer survivor.

Q Why are you a UK site?

All our advisory board and staff have UK experience of cancer, illness, hospitals and the NHS. Whilst we are happy to deliver our hampers outside of the UK, we only have the UK in mind when constructing the gifts.

Q Do you have a policy for what you include in your hampers?

We never have any of the following items in a box

Religious content
Shampoo or other hair products
Food, in general (although we may include natural sweeteners, food which helps with nausea or items which help with dry mouth or bad mouth taste)
Anything that makes claims to cure or prevent cancer
Anything mentally or physically challenging

Q Do you support cancer charities?

Yes, Care Parcel partners with UK charities helping them fundraise, raising awareness and providing gift boxes and financial support.

Q What payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

You can pay either through our secure server or via Paypal.
